Job summary

Jet Aviation is expanding its U.S. Charter Sales team and seeks a Director of Sales to drive growth in the Central territories (Houston/Dallas, TX and Chicago, IL).

This is an individual contributor role demanding an existing charter book and a hunter's mindset, with hybrid office-based work and travel as needed. You will manage end-to-end charter experiences, collaborate with operations, and represent Jet Aviation at industry events.

Qualifications

• Private jet charter sales experience with a portable book of business.
• Ability to open doors and close deals with high-net-worth clients.
• Strong network in Northeast or Southeast U.S. markets; bilingual in Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing new charter opportunities.
• Leverage your existing client relationships to grow base and retention for ad hoc and block charters.
• Book, accommodate changes to, and confirm charter trips in coordination with Flight Operations.
