Job summary

Global Charter, a fast-growing international private jet brokerage, is seeking an experienced on-demand charter sales leader to own and grow the US charter team. You will lead the US brokers, raise performance, and recruit to scale the division while collaborating with founders on expansion plans.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and a hands-on management style with strong commercial judgment in a high-performance sales culture.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience specifically within on-demand private jet charter brokerage.
Previous experience working for a private jet brokerage rather than an operator.
Strong understanding of the US on-demand charter market.
Proven experience managing, mentoring or developing charter brokers.
Strong commercial judgement and understanding of charter sales performance.
Experience recruiting and building successful sales teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Global Charter’s US team of on-demand charter brokers.
Coach brokers to improve conversion, client retention, revenue and profitability.
Support the team on complex opportunities, negotiations and client situations.
Recruit and onboard additional brokers as the US business grows.
Set clear performance standards and create accountability across the team.
Ensure strong use of our internal technology, CRM and sales processes.
Work directly with the founders and senior leadership on the continued expansion of the US business.
