Air Charter Service Inc. is seeking an Experienced Charter Sales Consultant (On-Site, Chicago IL) to manage the full travel and sales cycle, ensuring clients’ chartering experience is a success.

This on-site role in Chicago requires proven private jet chartering experience and a drive to exceed targets. The candidate will develop client relationships, grow networks, and proactively target opportunities via calls, emails, and visits while maintaining 24/7 flight oversight and top-tier customer

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Private Jet chartering.
• Excellent understanding of the aviation industry and chartering market.
• Extensive aircraft knowledge.
• Has a proven track record of selling charters and identifying sales leads.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoys working toward goals and objectives in a competitive environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Customer-focused, ambitious, and driven.
• Open to travel.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and team.
• Grow a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside organization.
• Pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits.
• Set and exceed goals with quality and precision.
• Presents and undertakes public speaking with skill and confidence.
• Demonstrate an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process.
• Manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion.
• Flight watching/overseeing flight departures 24/7.
• Make clear and timely decisions that keep clients happy and missions on track.
