Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience and progress towards the CFA or CAIA.
• University degree with very strong academic credentials.
• Working knowledge of and interest in Private investments.
• Strong technical skills and mastery of MS Excel.
• Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to organize and synthesize data to reach conclusions
• Solid judgment, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to take a differentiated perspective
• Attention to detail with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to write clearly and succinctly in various settings
• Articulate with interest in developing presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and with a global team
• Creativity, thoroughness, and ability to prioritize

Responsibilities

• Support Investment Directors and Specialists across product management, business and investment-related responsibilities
• Collaborate with senior members to perform analytical work for private equity products (performance/IRR, risk, portfolio analysis)
• Prepare and review fund documents and marketing materials, including RFPs for external clients
• Assist in development and integration of technology initiatives
• Support in fundraising, investor due diligence, and development of new investment strategies
• Participate in meetings with clients, prospects, and consultants to discuss investment philosophy and performance
