Job summary

Wellington Management in New York is seeking an Investment Analyst focused on private equity products. You will support product management, performance analytics, client reporting, and fundraising activities within a collaborative, fast-paced team.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of relevant experience and is pursuing CFA/CAIA certification, with strong Excel skills and a university degree. This hybrid role combines office and remote work to support global clients.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to organize and interpret data to reach conclusions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Investment Directors and Specialists across product management and investment-related responsibilities.
• Collaborate with senior Private Investment team on analytical work (performance/IRR, risk, portfolio analysis).
• Prepare and review fund documents, content, and marketing materials for external clients and prospects.
• Assist in development and integration of technology initiatives.
• Support fundraising and investor due diligence requests, and development of new investment strategies.
• Participate in meetings with clients, prospects, and consultants to communicate investment philosophy and performance.
