Qualifications

• Combined minimum of 4 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year direct client contact.
• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Accounting with client contact experience.
• CCTS certification if corporate trust focus.
• Strong software skills with ability to learn new applications.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients.
• Self-confident and professional demeanor.
• Analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to develop relationships with administrative support areas.
• Commitment to integrity and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Oversee client relationships, making appropriate recommendations for routine internal business activities.
• Assist account representatives in revenue generation by providing recommendations and preparing documents.
• Manage daily implementation of client strategies.
• Foster client relationships and serve as primary contact for inquiries and service improvements.
• Resolve problems and respond to client requests promptly.
• Manage internal and external service partners and escalate issues as needed.
• Develop industry knowledge and articulate it internally and externally.
• Stay current on industry news relevant to the line of business.
• Adhere to corporate policies and risk controls in daily administration.
• Provide support to teammates and maintain strong working relationships.
