Job summary

Sage Haus is seeking a reliable Household Manager & Family Assistant in Nokomis, FL for 10–15 hours per week. The role is part-time with a consistent schedule Monday/Wednesday/Friday and occasional evenings, offering $27–$32 per hour based on experience.

Start date ASAP and a proven ability to manage a dynamic household is essential. You'll handle laundry, meal prep, shopping, organization, and pet care, ensuring smooth daily routines for a busy family of four near Sarasota.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a smoke-free environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable personal transportation with mileage reimbursement.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willing to obtain prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Laundry & Linen Care: Wash, fold, and fully put away laundry; wash bed linens weekly; manage dry cleaning drop-off/pickup; restock laundry supplies; seasonal clothing organization.
• Household Organization & Maintenance: Daily tidying; create and maintain organization systems; daily resets; refresh mudroom/entryway; monthly/bi-monthly projects; coordinate donation collection; holiday/event prep; mail and package handling.
• Inventory & Errands: Manage running supply list; place orders via Instacart, Amazon, Costco; restock pantry/fridge; handle returns and dry-cleaning runs.
• Meal Support: Prep healthy dinners 3–4 times weekly; follow recipes; batch-cook lunches; pack school lunches; grocery ordering; kitchen cleanup.
• Administrative & Personal Assistant Support: Assemble gift packages; prepare seasonal client gifts; print/stamp/label neighborhood mailers.
• Pet Care: Let dog out; daily walks; refill water bowl; manage pet food/supplies.
• Family Support: Prep backpacks/snacks/clothes; monitor schedule; occasional weekday evening coverage.
