Job summary

Sage Haus LLC in San Francisco seeks a House Manager & Family Assistant to support a busy family with organization, cleaning, errands, travel planning, and light admin. This role is part-time, 10–15 hours weekly, weekday schedule flexible between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Responsibilities include household systems, light cleaning, laundry, meal prep, pet care, vendor oversight, and calendar management using Skylight Calendar.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Maintain a smoke-free environment.
• Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Vaccinations up to date per CDC guidelines, subject to legal accommodations.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems.
• Light daily tidying and routine maintenance tasks.
• Packing and unpacking support for family travel.
• Light back-up supervision as needed.
• Laundry, linens, and pantry management.
• Meal support: prep school lunches and one family meal weekly.
• Pet care for family dog; vet and grooming scheduling support.
• Oversee vendors and coordinate repair quotes.
• Travel planning and calendar management; light admin tasks.
