Responsibilities

• School pickups and activity transportation
• Light supervision and backup childcare as needed
• Morning routine support: prep school lunches, organize backpacks, gear, snacks, and uniforms
• Assist with packing for weekend and ski trip travel; coordinating lesson bookings
• Children's clothing organization and donation drop-offs with record-keeping
• Kid-related errands as needed
• Light daily tidying and household organization
• Refresh garage, mudroom, entry areas; organizational projects for toys and gear
• Holiday decoration organization and seasonal containerization
• Packing and unpacking for family travel; change batteries and smoke detectors as needed
• Manage running household supply lists and reorder staples
• Restock pantry, fridge, and household supplies; manage subscriptions and inventory
• Handle returns, dry cleaning and prescription pick-ups
• Mail sorting and package handling, including breaking down boxes
• Gift shopping as needed
• Prep school lunches and healthy snacks; prepare 1–2 family dinners per week
• Assist with light meal planning and grocery shopping; weekly staples
