Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience as a chef, including private household or luxury hospitality roles.
• Experience coordinating private dinners, formal entertainment, and special events preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of fine dining, international cuisines, and luxury service standards.
• Ability to adapt menus for events and last-minute requests.
• Strong understanding of private household expectations and etiquette.
• Must have the ability to work with a team and be a team player.
• Absolute discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Ability to anticipate needs and deliver seamless, unobstructive service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with scheduling and household management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with healthy, whole food preparation for the day to day.
• Assist with menu preparation for the day to day.
• Plan, prepare and execute large events in conjunction with the Head Chef.
• Maintain and stock fridges in all properties.
• Rotation of product in the house.
• Assist the principal with day-to-day tasks as needed.
• Assist with serving both formal and informal tables.
• Pet care — taking pets to appointments.
• Kitchen cleanliness and upkeep in private areas of the house.
• All other responsibilities as assigned.
