Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience as a chef, including private household or luxury hospitality roles.
• Experience coordinating private dinners, formal entertainment, and special events preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of fine dining, international cuisines, and luxury service standards.
• Ability to adapt menus for events and last-minute requests.
• Strong understanding of private household expectations and etiquette.
• Must have the ability to work with a team and be a team player.
• Absolute discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Ability to anticipate needs and deliver seamless, unobstructive service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with scheduling and household management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with healthy, whole food preparation for the day to day.

Salary Range: $40.00 To $50.00 Hourly

Job purpose

To provide exceptional culinary services within a private household while supporting the principals and Head Chef through personal assistant and household operations. The role is responsible for delivering refined, high-quality dining experiences, anticipating household needs, maintaining absolute discretion, and ensuring seamless daily service through strong organization , and attention to detail.

Essential Functions

The job duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with healthy, whole food preparation for the day to day
• Assist with menu preparation for the day to day
• Planning, Preparing and Executing large events in conjunction with the Head Chef
• Maintaining and stocking fridges in all properties
• Rotation of product in the house
• Assist the principal with day-to-day tasks as needed
• Assist with serving both formal and informal tables
• Pet Care- taking pets to and from medical appointments
• Cleanliness of the kitchen
• Assisting with the cleanliness in the private areas of the house
• All other responsibilities as assigned

Competencies and Qualifications
