The candidate should manage sourcing, kitchen standards, and event-style service, working closely with the Estate Manager and the broader household team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of professional culinary experience.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, private households or similar high-demand environments.
• Ability to plan menus, source ingredients, manage kitchen operations and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on cooking, prep, and service for principals, family members, and guests.
• Develop menus and execute elaborate or family-style meals.
• Collaborate with the Estate Manager and broader household team.
• Manage procurement, inventory, food costs, and waste.
• Support private events and larger-scale entertaining.
