Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience as a chef, including private household or luxury hospitality roles.
• Experience coordinating private dinners, formal entertainment, and special events.
• Willingness to travel between estates for events.
• Advanced knowledge of fine dining, international cuisines, and luxury service standards.
• Ability to adapt menus for events and last-minute requests.
• Strong understanding of private household expectations and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Assist with healthy, whole food preparation for daily needs.
• Assist with menu preparation for day-to-day and events.
• Plan, prepare, and execute large events in conjunction with Head Chef.
• Maintain and stock fridges in all properties.
• Assist principal with day-to-day tasks and service.
• Assist with serving at formal and informal tables.
