Career Group is seeking a highly organized House Manager / Personal Assistant / Project Manager for a private Peninsula residence in the San Francisco Bay area. The role blends 80% household oversight with 20% personal assistant duties, supporting a busy family of four and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and the Design Principal.

This hybrid position requires tech-savvy, strong communication, and discreet professionalism.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in interior design, business, hospitality, supply chain, construction management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a House Manager in a high-end private residence.
• Experience managing household operations, vendors, preventative maintenance, and household projects.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day household operations to a high standard.
• Source, vet, and manage vendors and contractors for home needs.
• Own the preventative maintenance calendar and coordinate services, warranties, and repairs.
• Serve as primary liaison with Principals and contractors; maintain schedules and accountability.
• Maintain vendor database with contacts, service history, contracts, and pricing.
