A leading global law firm is seeking a Private Funds associate in its Asset Management Group in Boston. You will advise sponsors and institutional investors on formation, structuring and operation of private funds, draft and negotiate limited partnership agreements, subscription agreements, private placement memoranda and side letters, and support secondaries, continuation vehicles and fund restructurings.

Mentor junior associates while managing several matters at once.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of private funds experience at a national or global law firm.

• Advise sponsors and institutional investors on private funds structuring and operation.
• Draft and negotiate LPAs, subscription agreements, PPMs and side letters.
• Support secondaries, continuation vehicles and fund restructurings.
