A leading, highly regarded law firm is seeking a midlevel Private Funds Associate to join its sophisticated investment management practice. The Opportunity

In this role, you will represent established and emerging private fund sponsors, with a strong emphasis on general partner-side work. Your practice will focus on private fund formation as well as the ongoing operational, regulatory, and governance matters that arise throughout the lifecycle of private investment funds.

You will work closely with experienced partners who are deeply invested in mentorship and professional development. The role offers significant client contact, increasing autonomy, and the chance to take ownership of complex matters as your practice grows.
