Qualifications

• 2-6 years’ post-qualification experience in investment funds at a top-tier law firm.
• Familiarity with U.S. federal securities laws, such as the Investment Advisers Act.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate fund formation documents and investor documentation.
• Advise fund sponsors on regulatory obligations and market trends.
• Support transactional teams on fund-related M&A and joint ventures.
