Formación

• Experience structuring and forming private equity, venture capital, or hedge funds.
• Drafting fund documents and subscription agreements.
• Negotiating with limited partners on behalf of fund sponsors.
• Representing private or institutional investors in private funds; structuring GP/management entities.
• Working knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
