Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in investment management and private fund formation.
Significant experience drafting fund documentation (PPMs, LPAs, etc.).
Exposure to investment adviser regulatory issues under the Advisers Act.
Responsibilities
Formation and structuring of private equity and venture capital funds.
Fund investment and regulatory advisory work.
Negotiation of investment management and sub-advisory agreements.
