British American Household Staffing seeks a highly capable Personal Assistant to support a discreet private family in Amagansett, NY. The role is based at the principals' home with occasional remote support and regular travel.

You will manage travel, calendars, shopping, event planning, and liaise with vendors and staff across properties. A proactive, discreet professional with 7+ years of private-family experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of private-family Personal Assistant experience.
• Strong vendor management and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting multiple residences or properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex travel arrangements and itineraries for the family.
• Maintain personal calendars, appointments, dining reservations and scheduling.
• Oversee daily staff across locations and coordinate rotas.
• Assist with admin tasks, errands, gift buying and event planning.
• Support residences in Amagansett, Manhattan and other locations as needed.
• Develop house manuals and SOPs; manage vendor relations and maintenance.
