Job summary

TVG in New York's Williamsburg waterfront at the Domino Sugar Factory is seeking a Sales Manager to lead revenue across a 750-capacity music venue and a neighborhood Italian restaurant. You will own private events, corporate buyouts, and experiential activations from outreach through contract, execution, and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in sales leadership within high-volume hospitality, live music, or entertainment concepts.
• Proven track record of pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value corporate accounts and private buyouts.
• Strong local network and active client relationships across corporate, agency, and event industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet annual revenue targets across music venue and restaurant operations.
• Proactively source, negotiate, and close private events, corporate buyouts, and third-party activations across both spaces.
• Manage full sales pipeline, contracts, BEO creation, individual event P&Ls, and post-event reconciliation with Finance and Ops teams.
• Lead and oversee the events manager to support event strategy, coordination, and execution.
• Drive vendor partnerships and upsell amenities and services to maximize revenue.
