Pocketbook Agency is seeking an experienced Maintenance Specialist / Carpenter / Handyman to serve as the right hand to the estate manager at a private residence in Westchester County, NY. This is a high-level, trades-oriented role handling repairs and renovations with precision.

Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on trades experience across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC.
- Knowledge of building systems, tools, materials, and safety practices.
- Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver with strong communication.
- Physically capable of lifting and performing demanding manual labor.
- Valid driver's license; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Responsibilities
- General carpentry, drywall patching and finish work.
- HVAC systems maintenance.
- Small electrical and wiring projects.
- Plumbing diagnostics and maintenance.
- Groundskeeping and property upkeep.
- Support renovations and development projects.
- Coordinate with estate manager and vendors.
- Ensure safety and quality across all tasks.
