Job summary

British American Household Staffing seeks a capable handyman to support a private estate in Atherton, CA. This hands-on role covers a broad range of maintenance, carpentry, and basic systems work with minimal supervision.

You will coordinate with vendors and manage various projects across two properties. Ideal candidates are resourceful, mechanically inclined, and proactive, with a passion for solving problems and building or repairing things.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property maintenance or similar hands-on roles.
• Broad knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work.
• Comfortable using a wide variety of hand and power tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, discreet and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform general property maintenance and repairs.
• Patch, paint, and complete routine carpentry projects.
• Handle light electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Troubleshoot household systems and coordinate vendors.
• Perform basic HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Build custom projects and oversee vehicle care and maintenance.
• Coordinate deliveries, installations, and vendor visits.
