Job summary

Property Maintenance Co in Wildwood, NJ is seeking a hands-on Property Manager/Handyman to maintain a commercial property and coordinate repairs. You will oversee daily upkeep, perform general repairs, and manage pool maintenance while supervising contractors as needed.

The ideal candidate has property maintenance experience, is independent, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills. A valid driver’s license is required, and pool maintenance knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working outdoors.
• Must be dependable, trustworthy, and take pride in quality work.
• Experience in property management is a plus. Pool maintenance certification is a plus.
