Job summary

PWP, LLC seeks a Facilities Coordinator for a Private Estate in San Anselmo, CA. The role supports ongoing maintenance, emergency repairs, and operations of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting and building automation systems.

You will coordinate subcontractors and manage safety/compliance for a high-end estate environment. The ideal candidate brings hands-on maintenance experience, HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and a service-minded attitude to ensure smooth daily operations and event

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with estate or commercial maintenance.
• Valid California driver's license and clean driving record.
• OSHA knowledge and workplace safety practices.
• Tech savvy with ability to learn facilities software.
• Fluent in Outlook/email communication and calendaring.
• Ability to perform data entry and manage facilities software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience negotiating and managing contracts.
• Coordination and logistics skills.
• Ability to safely traverse facilities and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Overtime as needed and approved.

Responsibilities

• Operates and performs minor repairs on HVAC, electrical, lighting, and plumbing systems.
• Performs hands-on maintenance on estate systems and equipment.
• Proactively finds and reports facilities issues and needed improvements.
• Schedules, supervises, and works with subcontractors on estate systems and equipment.
• Monitors HVAC and water heating systems, adjusts temperatures, takes corrective action.
• Operates and maintains swimming pools and spa, with basic repairs.
• Compiles vendor quotes for material purchase and service; coordinates accordingly.
• Provides onsite or remote after-hours support and monitoring as needed.
• Supports other estate teams; completes safety and skills training.
• Willingness to learn and improve skill sets.
