Job summary

The ideal candidate has HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience, OSHA knowledge, a CA driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with facilities software and calendar management is required, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience working with high-end facilities or fine homes, in construction or maintenance.
• OSHA knowledge and workplace safety practices.
• Valid California driver’s license with clean record.
• Proficiency with facilities-related software and calendar management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage contracts and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Operate and perform minor repairs on HVAC, electrical, lighting, and plumbing systems.
• Perform hands-on maintenance on estate systems and equipment.
• Identify and report facilities issues and needed improvements.
• Schedule, supervise, and work with subcontractors on estate systems and equipment.
• Monitor HVAC and water heating systems and take corrective action.
• Support after-hours monitoring as needed.
• Assist other estate teams as required.
• Complete safety and skills training; willingness to learn new skills.
