Job summary

Concentric is seeking an Associate Property and Facilities Manager to join our team embedded with our client in Marin County, CA. This on-site role requires residency in the Marin area to provide timely, hands-on service across Stinson Beach, Bolinas, and Nicasio.

You will oversee day-to-day upkeep, coordinate with vendors, manage maintenance records, and support renovation projects. A personal vehicle is required, with mileage reimbursed; travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of property management, facilities, or related maintenance experience.
• This role requires up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day upkeep of residential properties across multiple sites.
• Hands-on technical skills with building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors on repairs; flag issues as they arise.
• Assist in scheduling and tracking routine and preventative maintenance.
• Support renovation projects by tracking timelines and vendor communications.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and compliance items.
