You will own recurring reporting processes, validate data, and collaborate with Investment, Marketing, Operations, Fund Accounting, and Client Service teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, process control, and scalable reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in private equity reporting or related field.
• Experience with interval funds or daily‑NAV reporting preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of investments, financial markets, and valuation reporting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; proficient with data-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze private equity partnership and portfolio company valuations, cash flows, and performance.
• Prepare and review recurring client and investor reports and daily roll-forwards.
• Support reporting for interval funds and daily‑NAV vehicles.
• Review events and decide on adjustments; coordinate with internal teams.
• Own aspects of quarterly performance reporting: validate data and reconciling results.
• Collaborate with Investment, Marketing, Client Service, Fund Accounting, and Operations teams.
• Investigate data integrity issues and implement sustainable fixes.
• Maintain documentation and controls for recurring reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and handle ad-hoc analyses.
