Job summary

Pathway Capital Management is seeking a Reporting Associate in Irvine to support portfolio monitoring, performance analysis, and investor reporting for interval funds and daily-NAV vehicles. You will own recurring reporting processes, validate data, and coordinate with Investment, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver timely, accurate reports.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in private equity reporting, investment management, fund accounting, or related fields.
• Experience supporting interval funds or daily-NAV / frequently priced vehicles is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic record in a related field.
• Solid understanding of investments, markets, and valuation-related reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze private equity statements, valuations, cash flows, and investment performance.
• Prepare and review recurring client and investor reports with reconciliations and data validation.
• Support reporting for interval funds and daily-NAV vehicles, monitoring valuations and cash flows.
• Review events and determine appropriate reporting treatment in coordination with internal teams.
• Own quarterly performance reporting, updating and reconciling data and performing QC reviews.
• Collaborate with Investment, Marketing, Client Service, Fund Accounting, and Operations on reporting needs.
• Research and resolve data integrity issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Maintain documentation, controls, and onboarding for new funds and reporting capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automation in monitoring and reporting.
