• 4-7 years of relevant experience in private equity reporting, investment management, fund accounting, operations, audit, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience supporting interval funds or daily-NAV / frequently priced investment vehicles.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field with high academic achievement.
• Strong understanding of investments, financial markets, and valuation-related reporting.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze financial statements of private equity partnerships, including valuations, cash flows, investment performance, and developments requiring analysis.
• Prepare and review recurring client and investor reports, including daily roll-forward reporting; validate data and investigate material changes.
• Support reporting for interval funds and other daily-NAV vehicles, including valuations, cash flows, and pricing inputs.
• Review significant events and assess adjustments; coordinate analysis and approvals with internal teams.
• Own quarterly performance reporting, updating and reconciling performance data and performing QC.
• Collaborate with Investment, Marketing, Client Service, Fund Accounting, and Operations on portfolio performance and RFPs.
• Research and resolve data integrity and reporting exceptions; identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Maintain documentation and onboarding of new funds and reporting capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, controls, and automation.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
