Job summary

EFESO Management Consultants is seeking a Consultant to design and execute operations and performance improvement projects across multiple industries. You will apply improvement principles, assess opportunities, and drive financial and operational results for clients.

The role emphasizes due diligence, value creation, and project management with PE-backed portfolios. Candidates should have 2+ years in consulting or manufacturing environments and strong Excel/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
Minimum 2 years Consulting or Industry experience; consulting experience preferred.
Experience with Continuous Improvement Tools (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma).
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to interpret financial statements and P&L; manage change initiatives end-to-end.
Experience with Power BI and Tableau; strong client communication skills.

Responsibilities

Due Diligence: conduct in-depth operational and commercial diligence for potential manufacturing acquisitions.
Value Creation & Portfolio Support: drive operational improvements with private equity clients.
Supply chain optimization and cost reduction initiatives; lean manufacturing projects.
Digital transformation and technology implementation (ERP, MES).
Post-merger integration planning and execution; develop strategic growth plans.
Financial modeling, data analysis, and market research to support recommendations.
