The PE Interim Management Partner will drive value creation across portfolios by shaping and delivering high‑impact transformation and turnaround programs. This role focuses heavily on Interim Management, placing seasoned executives into underperforming portfolio companies to stabilize operations, restore performance discipline, and accelerate EBITDA and cash improvement. The Partner works to diagnose root‑cause issues, implement rapid operational and organizational fixes, and guide companies through the critical phases of turnaround, profitability restoration, and exit readiness. They cultivate trusted relationships with deal teams and C‑suite leaders, orchestrate multidisciplinary EFESO teams, and ensure measurable, sustainable results that enhance enterprise value. As a key contributor to EFESO’s global leadership community, the Partner also advances thought leadership, develops the PE practice, and mentors emerging talent across the firm.
The wage range for this role considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At EFESO, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $200,000-$280,000.
