Crowe is seeking a Senior Consultant in its Performance Improvement group to lead operational excellence initiatives for portfolio companies and support EBITDA and enterprise value initiatives. You will engage with private equity and corporate leaders in a client-facing role, delivering practical, data-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, executive-level communication, and on-site client work across the U.S. with periodic international opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, or Supply Chain required.
• Minimum 2 years in operations management, incl. lean/continuous improvement.
• Experience with private equity clients or manufacturing & distribution a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI/Tableau a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing value-creation and operational improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute deal strategies.
• Develop solutions and identify resources needed to implement changes.
• Deliver executive-level deliverables to support decisions.
• Work on-site with client teams in the US; travel weekly as needed.
