Qualifications

• 2–5 years of investor services or client service operations experience at a private equity firm or fund administrator.
• Hands‑on experience with investor onboarding and subscription documents.
• Familiarity with capital calls, distributions, and LP account maintenance.
• Advanced Excel skills, plus proficiency in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow‑up skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new private equity investors and guide them through subscription documentation.
• Maintain accurate investor records and client files in eFront (FrontInvest).
• Process account maintenance requests, including name and address changes, transfers, and gifting of partnership interests.
• Partner with external fund administrators to reconcile and resolve account issues.
• Respond to investor calls and emails about capital calls, distributions, financial statements, quarterly updates, and tax documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to answer investor requests and elevate issues as needed.
• Support investor communications and periodic reporting.
