• 2–5 years of investor services or client service operations experience at a private equity firm or fund administrator.
• Hands‑on experience with investor onboarding and subscription documents.
• Familiarity with capital calls, distributions, and LP account maintenance.
• Advanced Excel skills, plus proficiency in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow‑up skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate with internal teams to answer investor requests and elevate issues as needed.
• Support investor communications and periodic reporting.

This is a long-term assignment supporting investors in the firm’s private funds, from onboarding through ongoing account servicing. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external fund administrators to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for the firm’s investors.
