Job summary

Petra Funds Group is a premier fund administration provider serving private equity and debt funds. The Investor Services Analyst will manage client and investor requests with accuracy and timeliness, leveraging CRM systems and investor portals.

Responsibilities include handling investor inquiries, posting documents, and supporting onboarding of new investors, with opportunities to implement process improvements using AI and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking or similar (min 2 years).
• Strong organizational skills for mailbox management and task tracking.
• Attention to detail for audit confirmations and account updates.
• Excellent communication for investor servicing and escalation as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for emails and templates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for investor inquiries via a dedicated inbox with accurate, timely responses.
• Ensure timely posting of investor documents to the investor portal, maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Manage CRM (Salesforce) and investor portal (eFront) to track investor activity and keep data up to date.
• Assist in processing capital calls, distributions, and other transactions with accuracy and timelines.
• Support onboarding of new investors and evolution of servicing processes.
• Collaborate with treasury, fund accounting, data and reporting, and other Vista teams to ensure a seamless investor experience.
• Create process improvements using AI and automation tools to reduce manual workflows and improve accuracy, speed, and consistency.
