Job summary

Wellington Management is seeking a Private Investments – Investment Analyst in New York to support product management, performance analytics, client reporting, and fundraising for private equity strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills and knowledge of global financial markets in a fast-paced, detail‑oriented environment.

You will collaborate with colleagues across the firm, prepare fund documents and marketing content, and contribute to technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support Investment Directors and Specialists across product management and investment responsibilities.
• Collaborate on performance/IRR, risk, and portfolio analysis for private equity products.
• Prepare and review fund documents and external marketing materials.
• Assist in developing technology initiatives and fundraising requests.
• Engage in meetings with clients, prospects, and consultants to discuss investment philosophy and performance.
