Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of fund accounting experience in private equity.
• Interpret/apply Limited Partnership Agreements terms.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting; CPA/CA preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; fund accounting software (Investran, E-Front).
• Allvue experience is preferred; strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong oral and written communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day engagement manager for fund administration with PE clients.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, wires, quarterly and year-end reporting.
• Lead Fund Services Plus team training and development.
• Coordinate with offshore affiliates on fund administration engagements.
• Educate US team on fund servicing aspects and policies.
• Interact with clients to ensure all deliverables are met.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Coordinate audits with internal/external auditors.
• Assist with onboarding Advisors/Funds center of excellence.
• Support testing and implementation to streamline fund accounting functions.
