Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Supervisor to join the Fund Services+ practice in a dynamic private equity and real estate fund administration environment. You will prepare financial statements, manage daily fund operations, and become proficient with the firm’s fund administration technology.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, client coordination, and leadership to onboard and train junior staff while delivering accurate reporting and capital calls processing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Big 4 or national accounting firms fund accounting experience in the private equity industry.
• Ability to interpret/apply the financial and operational terms of Limited Partnership Agreements for private equity funds.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting (CPA and/or CA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, footnotes, and investor reporting packages.
• Manage day-to-day operating activities for private equity and real estate fund administration clients.
• Become an expert user in the firm's fund administration technology platform.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and setting up investors, investments, and reports.
• Prepare capital calls and distribution calculations in the technology platform.
• Maintain and update investor data; respond to inquiries from clients and limited partners.
• Coordinate with clients' auditors and tax providers for year-end audits.
• Train new/junior staff members.
