Job summary

RSM is seeking a Manager to join our Fund Services+ practice, delivering fund administration services for private equity clients. You will oversee day-to-day engagements, manage capital calls and reporting, and coordinate with offshore teams while driving quality and process improvements.

You will mentor staff, liaise with clients and auditors, and help implement fund administration platforms to support complex reporting and compliance needs.

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years of fund accounting experience in a Big 4 or national firm dealing with private equity funds.
• Interpreting and applying Limited Partnership Agreements terms for private equity funds.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting; CPA or CA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day engagement manager for fund administration with focus on private equity clients.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, wires/cash management, and quarterly/year-end reporting.
• Train and develop the Fund Services Plus team to support fund accounting, operations, and reporting.
• Coordinate with offshore affiliates and team for Fund Services Plus engagements.
• Ensure compliance with fund policies and procedures and support client onboarding.
