Job summary

Remote seeks a seasoned Consulting Professional to join our Business Transformation practice, partnering with Private Equity clients to drive value creation and operational excellence. You'll lead diagnostics, design future state finance organizations, and coordinate with CFOs, controllers, operating partners, and deal teams to define priorities and implement scalable integration playbooks.

This role includes mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to contribute to business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 6+ years client-facing experience in accounting or consulting.
• OCFO industry experience a plus.
• MBA/CPA/CFA/CSM a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose finance functions for PE portfolio companies and design improvements.
• Lead end-to-end transformation across people, process, and tech.
• Engage with CFOs, controllers, and deal teams to define priorities.
• Develop and implement scalable integration playbooks for buy-and-build.
• Optimize Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Close/Planning.
• Identify system integrations and drive effective data architectures.
• Support change management and program management in projects.
• Mentor and develop project teams; contribute to BD activities.
