Accordion Partners is seeking a senior transformation professional to drive value creation for private equity portfolio companies. You will lead cross-functional teams, assess people, process and technology, and deliver quantitative and qualitative improvement plans.

The role emphasizes finance process optimization, liquidity enhancements, and digital transformation across multiple engagements, with travel to client sites as needed. Hybrid work in US offices is available.

Competenze

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience in a client-facing role at a top-tier firm or with senior-level mix in industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multi-sector engagements and coordinate internal teams.

Mansioni

• Lead finance and operations value creation initiatives, identifying KPI and ROI improvements.
• Design and execute transformation plans across Contract-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Forecast-to-Fulfillment processes.
• Develop future-state operating models including org structure and procedures.
