Stripe is seeking a senior leader to head the Private Equity Partnerships team in South San Francisco. You will lead Partnerships Managers, shape strategy to expand Stripe product use across PE-backed companies, and build relationships with investors, advisors, and portfolio leaders.

You will collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and operations to identify long-term opportunities, communicate strategy to global teams, and advise on monetization across portfolios.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in business development, sales, private equity, investment banking or management consulting.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• 7+ years collaborating with senior executives.
• 5+ years using data and metrics to drive commercial outcomes.

• Lead and develop a team of Partnerships Managers.
• Set the team’s long-term vision, strategy, and KPIs.
• Build partner relationships with private equity firms and portfolio companies.
