Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Leader for Private Equity and Advisory Partnerships to drive the strategy and growth of product usage among PE-backed companies. You will lead a team of Partnerships Managers, forge relationships with investors and portfolio companies, and work with sales, product, marketing, and operations to create long-term opportunities.

You will advise on payments monetization, educate sponsors on Stripe’s roadmap, and represent Stripe at industry events.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in business development, sales, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• 7+ years of experience working with senior executives.
• 5+ years of using data and metrics to drive commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Partnerships Managers and shape strategy for expanding Stripe product use.
• Build and maintain partner relationships with private equity firms and portfolio companies.
• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and operations to identify opportunities.
• Advise private equity firms on payments monetization and Stripe products.
