Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Hebron, OH is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a young adult client in the Frazeysburg, OH area for day shift. Hourly pay ranges from $25 to $29 per hour with competitive weekly paychecks.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/ RN in the state in which the LPN/ RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
