Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) in Centerburg, OH to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities for DAY SHIFTS.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state where you will practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
