Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Proctorville, OH to work with pediatric patients in their homes. Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS, offering flexible scheduling and pediatric home health experience.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Days: Wednesday, Thursday 8am-5pm

Nights: Sunday - Saturday 10pm-8am
