Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home nursing care for pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes. Hourly pay ranges from $25 to $27, with weekly paychecks and comprehensive benefits.

Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state, have current TB or chest X-ray, and a valid BLS card. Prior nursing experience is preferred; company offers a range of insurance, 401(k), PTO, and other wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• TB test or chest X-ray current.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.
