Job summary
Elevate Care Providers LLC is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a 33-year-old male client in the client’s home. The role offers hourly pay of $40–$42, with Full-Time / Per Diem options and requires Missouri licensure and CPR/BLS certification.
Ideal candidates will have private duty or home-care experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently in a home-care setting. Compliance screenings are required.
Qualifications
- Missouri LPN or RN license (or eligible multistate compact license).
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Private duty/home-care experience preferred.
- Must complete background and compliance screenings.
- Reliable transportation.
- Dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently in home-care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care according to the established plan of care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor the client's condition and report significant changes.
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Follow infection-control and safety procedures.
- Communicate appropriately with the family and Elevate Care Providers clinical team.
