Elevate Care Providers LLC is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a 33-year-old male client in the client’s home. The role offers hourly pay of $40–$42, with Full-Time / Per Diem options and requires Missouri licensure and CPR/BLS certification.

Ideal candidates will have private duty or home-care experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently in a home-care setting. Compliance screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Missouri LPN or RN license (or eligible multistate compact license).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Private duty/home-care experience preferred.
• Must complete background and compliance screenings.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently in home-care environment.
